The female husky mix wandered into the alley. Her paws ached, and her stomach hurt from being hungry. But she tried not to let her current weakness show. She needed to keep looking tough and strong so that no dog would challenge her. She pawed through the garbage, trying to find at least something she could nibble on. She sighed, but she found a bone with a little meat on it. She hungrily tore into it. It helped a little, but not much. She laid down on the ground, and began chewing on the bone. She kept her ears pricked for anything that may approach, so that she would be ready for them. She still had a constant fear of her father lurking in the shadows watching her, just waiting to kill her. She shivered, she knew her fear was pointless, she hadn't seem him in over two years. I sat motionless in the shadows. I had been rumuging through a garbage can when I heard the pawsteps of another and scenting the air it was obviously not another South Pack dog like myself. Probably a wanderer, thinking life was easier with no pack to serve. Stupid mutt. I quickly rolled in garbage to disguise my scent. Some spoiled dogs might turn in disgust but on the streets you did what you had to, including kill. This was one thing I never feared. Humans had ruined my mind by throwing me into fight rings, now killing sometimes took me over in a lust for blood. Lucky for this fae I had no intentions of killing, for now. I would have some fun with her. I moved smoothly through the shadows until I was directly in front of her. Then a deep growl rumbled in my throat.

Jada
My head shot straight up from the bone I had been chewing on. I was quickly on my feet as the growl sounded,What do you want? I snarled. Getting myself ready, in case a fight were to break out. I didn't have the energy for fighting, and this mutt didn't sound to friendly. I would have to look strong, appearance was all I had right now. My fur was bristled, and my mouth was curved into a snarl. My white teeth could be seen perfectly. Muscles poked through my fur. I was ready, I hoped
